Thank you for purchasing our courses and hardware components at EDTU, operated by STEMCL Edu Tech Pvt Ltd. Please note that all course enrollments and hardware sales are final. Once enrolled in a course, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Similarly, hardware components sold along with courses are non-refundable.
You may, however, request to transfer your enrollment to a different batch or nominate another individual to attend the course on your behalf. In such cases, the completion certificate will only be issued in the name of the individual who attends the course in full and successfully completes the required assessment. If the replacement batch has a higher fee, the candidate must pay the difference. Conversely, if the replacement batch has a lower fee, a credit note for the difference will be issued, which can be applied toward the purchase of other EDTU courses.
All requests for batch changes or candidate name transfers must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course or webinar, as late requests will not be accommodated. If a candidate fails to attend the course or webinar, they will be marked absent, and no replacement sessions or exams will be provided. Such candidates are not eligible for a refund.
